The Sales Manager for Drugstore and Marketplace will be responsible for managing the profitable growth of CVS, Walgreens, Gopuff and Dashmart. In this role, they have access to pitch and manage the Hello Cake, Wet and Private Label personal lubricant brands.
This role is responsible for both driving growth and managing profit margin by optimizing assortment, managing trade spend/promotions and pushing for out-of-aisle placements.
This individual will manage our retail brokers and collaborate cross-functionally within Hello Cake to ensure resets are met on time and to budget.

Your Role:
Grow existing business, profitably through securing expanded placements while managing trade
Create compelling, data-backed pitch presentations from our branded templates
Coordinate with our retail coordinator and operations team to ensure product samples are sent on time, ahead of key in-person meetings
Manage on-shelf assortment alongside brokers to ensure we are OTIF, avoiding OOS
Manage broker partners through meetings (both in-person and virtual), scorecard creation, and clear communication and follow-up to ensure execution excellence.
Recommend and manage promotional plans against our Trade budget
Create bottoms up forecasts for both growth and trade based on strategic plans and historical data
Achieve YoY growth aligned to in the previous forecasting period
Lead initial negotiations alongside the brokers for placements / trade; loop in leadership as needed to remain on plan
Collaborate with Demand Planning to manage supply chain
Ensure pricing / financial guidelines are followed in the marketplace
Aid in forecasting process by providing insights based on data; monitor and adjust as needed to respond to changes both internally and externally
Lead the preparation for respective key channel customer meetings, category reviews and trade shows, including outlining meeting objectives, developing/curating materials, and facilitating cross-functional engagement
Create and maintain Sales trackers in support of the business (i.e. pricing sheet, retailer assortment tracker, category reset calendar) with a particular focus on reporting against sales goals
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
4–7+ years of sales experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, managing account plans, and driving growth within key accounts
Strong experience managing broker and distributor relationships, including accountability for scorecards, communication, and execution excellence.
Excellent data analytics experience in order to put together meaningful decks to secure new business and expand assortments in existing accounts
Expertise in trade fund management, promotional planning, and pricing strategy with strong financial and margin management skills.
Deep deep understanding of retail merchandising, assortment planning, shelving strategies, and promotional execution across multiple grocery channels.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence internally and externally.
Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings

About The Job
The Sales Coordinator will help the Sales team pitch new (and retain existing) products for some of the world’s largest retailers (Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens) across all of the brands listed above. The role will consist of assisting with content organization, retailer submissions, and project tracking across key accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about CPG sales from the ground up. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our sales team stays on track with product launches, line reviews, and retailer deliverables.
This role will work across multiple teams including Digital, Operations, and Product Development.
Your Role:
Track retailer timelines for line reviews, new item setups, and other key deadlines.
Keep the Sales team informed of the timeline(s) and on schedule.
Support new product submissions, ensuring all forms, assets, and information are complete and accurate.
Manage and organize PDP (product detail page) content, images, and copy for retailer platforms.
Maintain pricing, COGs and content libraries to ensure information is easy to access and up to date.
Assist with meeting preparation, including pulling data, organizing decks, and compiling recaps.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sales needs (assets, samples, decks, data) are delivered on time.
Maintain and update customer portals to ensure accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements.
Provide sales team support in preparing materials, presentations, and follow-up items for customer meetings.
Participate in customer calls and meetings as needed, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-through.
Coordinate with the Operations and Product Development team to ensure product samples are sent to retailers on time, ahead of key in-person meetings
Support ad-hoc administrative projects and requests for the Sales team.
Work with a sense of urgency towards projects, requests, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (internships or relevant coursework a plus).
0–2 years of professional experience; prior internship or exposure to CPG/retail preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in spreadsheets, shared drives, and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams.
Self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Work Location
This role is required to report Mon – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST in Las Vegas, NV

Summary of the Role
This position is responsible for a variety of tasks that are manufacturing or distribution based and may include assembling and manufacturing sales orders, picking product from the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and where required, delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities
Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
Assembles products to company, customer and manufacturer’s standards
Performs all product testing to quality standards as required by the customer and per company work instruction
Receives incoming shipments into inventory, posts in online system and places items in warehouse.
Picks product in warehouse and prepares items for delivery or shipping
Delivers product as required
Operates mechanical equipment, hand tools, forklifts and picking lifts (if applicable)
Assists with physical inventory
Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements
Performs other related duties as required
Skills and Abilities
Applicants should possess the ability to interact with team members in a professional manner.
Must have good communication skills
Requires basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure.
Basic mechanical skills including the use of hand tools.
Basic computer skills preferred, including email and internet
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
3-5 years of related warehousing or production experience
A high school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation is a must
Ability to work overtime, as required
Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
Ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs independently on a repeated basis.
Ability to consistently move throughout the facility during the full workday
Ability to comprehend work instruction and safety procedures, written or verbally
Ability to count and measure accurately
Ability to properly and safely use mechanical equipment and handtools
Ability to operate computer-controlled machinery
Background checks and drug screening may be required (by Company, Customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and operating equipment as required or permitted by law)
